Hi, I’m Cheryl
I help built environment professionals create successful co-making programmes which benefit not just young people, but also employees at all levels of an organisation, resulting in impactful team building skills and strategic career development benefits.
My Approach
I work with architecture practices and engage in co-making strategies that empower early-career employees — from recent graduates to emerging professionals — to develop their skills and competencies explicitly through practice. By combining collaboration and iteration, I help your team move beyond traditional models of passive learning, creating dynamic, hands-on experiences that align with your organisational goals, strengthen your practice culture, and future-proof your workforce.
Collaborative
I believe in the power of collaboration to create exceptional outcomes for young people, graduates, and early-career employees. Working closely with your team, I help develop professional skills that build confident, capable individuals equipped with strong teamwork, leadership, and co-creation abilities.
Iterative
I take an iterative approach to all my work, offering services that range from a focused 1-hour talk to an immersive 15-hour programme delivered over 10 weeks. Together, we’ll review progress and adapt as needed to achieve meaningful outcomes through impactful co-making experiences and targeted leadership development opportunities.

What Clients are Saying
"Cheryl Pilliner-Reeves Thank you for inviting me to be one of your guest reviewers. I was inspired! Architecture is recognised in the STEM field, so its essential to introduce design and architecture at an early age and Archimake goes some way to doing that. There are some very talented aspiring designers and architects in your group and I hope to see some of them working for HOK in the future."
Femi Oresanya, HOK
"Archimake is brilliant! Both my children enjoy the lessons, which they attend in person at the weekends in their own time. They learn things they wouldn’t normally encounter in a traditional school environment. The course is centred around architecture but also helps develop a general awareness of their surroundings, which is extremely valuable."
N. Clarke, Parent of 2 Archimakers
