Cheryl has featured on Channel 4 Phil Spencer Secret Agent to provide proposals on a semi detached property in Kent which the owners wanted to sell. The goal was to identify how to increase the property value through a redesign of poorly used areas of the property and provide a vision for the potential purchasers to encourage a successful sale price.
